Our e-guidebook is a solid starting place to deconstruct the myths you’ve been given about your health and wellbeing, allowing you to begin the work of creating your own pathway. In this book, you will not find a diet, a meal plan, a fitness schedule, a list of criteria for health. You will find an invitation. You’ll find an invitation that will lead you deeper into you own wisdom. You will become your own guidepost to find a life in which well-being is something you respond to on a daily basis rather than some epic destination that constantly seems out of reach.
These are small groups of ten people that –
- gather virtually twice monthly to amply connection and wisdom through a 12 month curriculum of self discovery.
- receive exclusive content from our founder and nationally recognized wellness expert, Maggie Gough.
- communicate as desired, with access to our coaches and fellow group members via a private chat channel.
